Technological design (development of the technological part of construction projects) of buildings and structures for housing and civil purposes, including:

• For transport infrastructure (intended for direct servicing of the population) and public utilities (except for buildings and structures for servicing vehicles, as well as for other production and economic purposes).

• For preschool education, general and special education, boarding schools, training institutions, research, cultural, educational and entertainment institutions, trade enterprises (including pharmacies), healthcare (treatment and prevention of diseases, rehabilitation and sanatorium treatment), catering and consumer services, fitness and sports activities, recreation and tourism, as well as other multifunctional buildings and complexes with premises for various public purposes.

Process design (development of the process part of construction projects) of production facilities, including:

• Tower and mast type structures.

Technological design (development of the technological part of construction projects) of transport, communications and communications infrastructure facilities, including the maintenance of:

• Republic-wide and international communication lines (including satellite) and other types of telecommunications;
• Local communication lines, radio, telecommunications.
  

Design of engineering systems and networks, including:

• Internal systems of low-current devices (telephony, fire alarm), as well as their external networks;
• Internal and external electric lighting systems, power supply up to 0.4 kV and up to 10 kV;
• Internal heating systems (including electrical), ventilation, air conditioning, cold supply, gasification (low pressure gas supply), as well as their external networks with auxiliary facilities;
• Internal water supply systems (hot and cold water) and sewerage systems, as well as their external networks with auxiliary facilities.

Urban planning (with the right to design for urban planning rehabilitation of historical development areas, with the exception of scientific restoration work on historical and cultural monuments) and planning, including the development of:

• Sewerage schemes of settlements and industrial complexes, including a centralized system for collecting and discharging domestic, industrial and storm effluents, the location of head treatment facilities, evaporators and waste water regeneration facilities.
  

Architectural design for buildings and structures of the first or second and third levels of responsibility (with the right to design for architectural and restoration work, with the exception of scientific and restoration work on historical and cultural monuments), including:

• General plans of facilities, engineering preparation of the territory, improvement and organization of relief.

Construction design (with the right to design for overhaul and (or) reconstruction of buildings and structures, as well as reinforcement of structures for each of the following works) and design, including:

• Metal (steel, aluminum and alloy) structures;
• Concrete and reinforced concrete, stone and reinforced concrete structures;
• Foundations and foundations.
