Contribution to the Development of the Media Sphere: AO "Kazteleradio" Employees Awarded State Honors

A group of employees from AO "Kazteleradio" has been awarded high state honors for their many years of diligent work, high level of professionalism, and significant contribution to the modernization of the telecommunications infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Management Awards

  • Ansar Maratovich Kapiyatov — First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and member of the Management Board of AO "Kazteleradio". He was awarded the Letter of Gratitude from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ansar Maratovich began his professional career in September 2016 as an engineer at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Combine in the East Kazakhstan region. Since March 17, 2025, while serving as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of AO "Kazteleradio," he has ensured effective management of the company's branch network, production cycle, and key infrastructure areas without disrupting technological processes. He is characterized as an initiative-taking and highly qualified specialist with strong analytical thinking skills.

Recipients of the "Eren Enbegi Ushin" Medal

The "Eren Enbegi Ushin" (For Distinguished Labor) medal was awarded to three representatives of the company for their outstanding professional achievements:

  • Oleg Anatolyevich Kostomarov — Director of the branch of AO "Kazteleradio" "National Satellite Television and Radio Broadcasting Directorate". Oleg Anatolyevich has dedicated over 35 years to the communications industry, rising from an electromechanic to a branch director. He participated directly in the creation of the national satellite television and radio broadcasting network, the implementation of digital technologies, and the provision of broadcasts for events of national significance.
  • Gulzira Sagyndykovna Kokenova — Chief Engineer of the "Astana" branch of AO "Kazteleradio". Gulzira Sagyndykovna has worked in the AO "Kazteleradio" system since 2003, having started as a secretary. Today, she is the only woman holding the position of Chief Engineer of a branch within the Society. Under her leadership, the broadcasting network was modernized, and reliable operation is maintained for 35 radio-television stations across the Karaganda and Ulytau regions.
  • Samat Sharimgalievich Kabdolov — Head of the Inder Radio-Television Station of the "Western" branch of AO "Kazteleradio". Samat Sharimgalievich began his career in the communications industry in 1990 as an electrical lineman at the Inder RTS, rising from a worker to the station head. Over his more than 35 years of work, he has made a significant contribution to the modernization of the broadcasting network, the development of digital terrestrial broadcasting, and ensuring the reliable operation of communication facilities in the Atyrau region. He participated directly in the phased modernization of obsolete vacuum-tube reception and transmission equipment, replacing it with modern solid-state technology. He also made a significant contribution to the development of broadcasting in rural areas as part of the "Auyl" state program between 2004 and 2010. He supervised the construction of low-power container-based RTS units and antenna-mast structures located in the Inder region of the Atyrau region.

Summary: These high state honors underscore the pivotal role of AO "Kazteleradio" specialists in ensuring the country's information security, the stable operation of digital terrestrial and satellite broadcasting, and the continuous technological upgrading of the communications sector.
